Many are fighting to get the Canadian government to ban the use of 15 passenger vans from transporting people and the battle is now progressing.

Two mothers who both lost a child in 15 passenger van crash and  bus driver are leading the fight to get these vehicles banned and they recently met with the federal Transport Minister. The Minister agreed that a crash report of the vans would be put into the Transport Canada’s safety report on the vans.

The bus driver involved has traveled around to multiple schools to speak to them and to parents about the dangers of 15 passenger vans. The argument against the ban states that it is the most cost effective way to transport students. A study on the vans will also be done and the findings will be published afterward.

If you or a loved one has been injured in a rollover accident when riding in a 15 passenger van, contact the 15 passenger van rollover accident lawyers of  the Willis Law Firm by calling 800-883-9858 today.
