One man was killed as a result of a Ford Ranger rollover accident that occurred near the airport in San Bernardino County.

According to police, the accident occurred last Saturday as the 47-year-old man was traveling northbound on Summit Valley Road when he somehow lost control of his Ford Ranger and it overturned on the roadway.

Emergency crews arrived at the scene in order to transport the man to the hospital, but he was pronounced dead at the scene when they arrived. Both directions of the roadway were closed in both directions so that officials could conduct an investigation.
