Police are currently investigating whether or not ice on the roadways was the cause of a pickup truck rollover accident on Interstate 69 that left one man injured.

According to police, the accident took place in Stueben County when the 39-year-old driver of the pickup truck was traveling on the roadway and his truck rolled into the median, flipped, rolled over and continued until it came to a stop near the guardrail.

The man was trapped inside the car as a result of the rollover and had to be extricated by emergency crews. He was then transported to the hospital in order to be treated for leg and neck injuries.
