A man from Arkdale was killed after an ATV rollover accident occurred in Rome , Wisconsin. The man was transported to Riverview Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead.

According to Wisconsin Rapids Tribune, two men were riding on the all-terrain vehicle when they were spotted speeding down Meadow Lane. The man driving the vehicle failed to negotiate the curve correctly causing the vehicle to flip and roll over. Both men were thrown from the vehicle as a result of the crash.

A 27-year-old man was treated and released from the hospital, but recently made contact with police after hearing that they were searching for him. The other passenger on the ATV, age 40, remains in the hospital and  is in critical condition at this time.
