A couple and their three children recently suffered injuries after the vehicle they were occupying, a Dodge RAM pickup truck, suddenly rolled over near Falfurrias, the Valley Morning Star reported on December 29.

According to reports, Border Patrol agents on December 28 heard reports of a nearby accident at around 7:00 a.m. on Highway 281. The couple and their children, whose names were all withheld, had to be extracted from the vehicle using the jaws of life. None of the family members were seriously injured in the solo-vehicle rollover accident. Texas Department of Public Safety’s Sergeant Johnny Hernandez believed that hydroplaning contributed to the accident.
