A 26-year old man was killed in an ATV accident in McCurtain County last Friday, September 20 at around 7:00 p.m.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Jay Lee of Lubbock, Texas had been driving alone without a helmet along a dirt trail on a private property about 4 miles west of Hochatown. He sustained a head injury and died at the scene.
The primary cause of the accident has not yet been determined. The accident has been reported to the state medical examiner’s office in Tulsa.
