Two men were injured after they were involved in a rollover accident on Sunday afternoon.

According to police officials, a Kia was traveling eastbound on the Frontage Road of Highway 87 , allegedly driving recklessly down the road, when the vehicle went off of the left side of the road. The driver was unable to maintain control and it flipped and rolled off the side of the road.

Both the driver and passenger were taken to the hospital as a result and the driver has been cited with multiple violations including negligent vehicular assault, driving with no insurance, and driving with no license. Police are currently investigating whether or not alcohol was a factor in the accident.
